Specialist - Channel Policy and Compliance

Job Roles :

• Review channel management business process continuously, perform audit and compliance assessment and improvement
• Develop policy and business process to entire commerce business unit
• Socialize Policy and business process to all commerce stake holders and other related parties
• Internalize business process to all commerce as part of good governance mindset

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree or university graduate S1 from Economic/ Finance/ Management/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales & Channel management
• Advance project management
• Good understanding of business process and process improvement
• Good understanding of financial management
• Good understanding of channel and distribution management
• Strong analytical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Excellent reporting skills
• Good teamwork and collaboration
• Good presentation skills

Engineer - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Provide programming quality check on all ERP Project to ensure application deliverable match with XL’s development guideline
• Develop standard ERP programming (program, SAP script, table, screen)  requirements to fulfill XL’s business process requirements
• Implement SAP enhancement to ensure the implementation comply with business needed and requirements
• Improve of SAP Programming quality base on agreed Service Level of Agreement (SLA) with business user to ensure quality and performance of SAP program 

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or S1 from Computer Science/IT major with minimum 1 year experience n development/application management area, preferably in ERP/SAP development
• Knowledge of module PM/PS
• Basic knowledge of ERP Reporting, Dialog Programming, ERP Enhancement
• Basic skill one of SAP CRM PCUI, IC Web Client and ABAP Object Oriented
• Attention to detail
• Planning & organizing
