- Male/Female
- 2 years working experience as marketing staff in consumer internet business. Experience working in e-commerce company is an advantage.

- To acquire product and maintain good relationship with seller in Forum Jual Beli Kaskus
Customer Support
- Min Diploma
- All Major
- Male/Female
- 1 year working experience as Customer Service Support, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good Communication
- People person
- Attracts potential customer by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
- Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the costumer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Escalation of issues/problems to the team leader when it can not be resolved.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Graphic Designer
- Min S1
- Visual Communication Design, Multimedia
- Min GPA 3,00
- Male/Female
- 1 year working experience as graphic designer, fresh graduate are welcome
- Capable in operating Graphic Design programs; Freehand illustration is a plus.
- Able to work in MAC environments.
- Energetic, creative, innovative, highly motivated, self-discipline and goal oriented.
- Good sense of design balance in typography, color and photos.
- Good communication skills, able to work under pressure and meeting deadline.
Multimedia Designer
- Min S1
- Visual Communication Design, Multimedia
- Min GPA 3,00
- Male/Female
- 1 year working experience as multimedia designer, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Understand application Software Adobe Primiere / Final Cut Pro / Adobe Audition
- Able to work in MAC environments.
- Proficient in Motion Graphic Skill : After effect, Cinema 4D
- Proficient ini audio and video editing, 2D/3D motion graphic
- Understand in Technical Video Production
- Portfolio project is a must
Multimedia Content
- Min S1
- Preferrably design, broadcasting, film, photography

- 2 years working experience as multimedia content, photographer, videographer

Content Writer
